Treasury Specialist

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Accurate and timely processing of all cash transactions, including payments, collections, and intercompany transfers;
Developing and implementing treasury policies and procedures;
Forecasting cash flows and liquidity needs;
Managing bank accounts;
Filling in payment registers;
Accurate recording of operations in the accounting system;
Executing foreign exchange transactions;
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams;
Reconciliation with counterparties;
Active participation in ad-hoc financial projects as required, contribution to the ongoing improvement of financial processes.

Ideal profile for the position:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
2–3 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking or similar roles;
Strong analytical skills;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders;
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets;
Ability to work with large volumes of data;
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while paying attention to detail and accuracy;
Upper intermediate level of English.
