About the company:
Whizdom AI is an early-stage AI startup building products around recommendation systems, personalisation, and GenAI agents. We are a small team working directly on real customer problems, shipping quickly, measuring outcomes, and iterating fast. Everyone here is expected to take ownership, improve systems proactively, and help build the engineering foundations the company will scale on.
The Role:
We are hiring a Social Media Manager to execute and grow Whizdom AI’s social presence, with a strong focus on raising awareness of our products, launches, insights, and market perspective. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who is strong on content, organised in delivery, and able to turn product updates, company news, ideas, customer stories, events, and thought leadership into clear, consistent social output. You will help make sure Whizdom shows up in the market regularly, professionally, and in a way that supports product visibility and brand credibility.What You’ll Own:
- Own day-to-day social media planning, execution, and channel management;
- Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with company priorities, launches, events, campaigns, and product updates;
- Create, coordinate, and publish product-focused social content across relevant channels;
- Help shape social messaging, tone, and format to strengthen brand consistency and product awareness;
- Amplify launches, customer stories, thought leadership, event participation, and market-facing updates;
- Track reach, engagement, traffic, and other relevant performance signals to understand what is working;
- Turn performance data into practical recommendations that improve content quality, visibility, and consistency;
- Coordinate with founders, marketing, sales, and product teams to turn internal updates into external content opportunities;
- Help identify new channel opportunities, content formats, and lightweight experiments that improve visibility and performance;
- Contribute to a more consistent and scalable social media rhythm over time.
What Success Looks Like in the First 6 Months:
- Whizdom AI has a more consistent, professional, and active social presence;
- Product launches, updates, and company momentum are reflected more clearly across social channels;
- Awareness and engagement improve through better content, stronger consistency, and smarter experimentation;
- Social channels become a useful amplifier for launches, thought leadership, and market visibility;
- Reporting becomes clearer, and content decisions are made using performance data rather than guesswork.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience managing social media for a company, brand, product, or growth-oriented business;
- Strong writing and content instincts, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely;
- Good planning and organisational skills;
- Ability to track performance, interpret results, and improve content based on data;
- Comfort working independently and managing multiple priorities;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills;
- Fluent English, written and verbal.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, tech, gaming, or a similar industry;
- Experience supporting product launches, campaigns, events, or product-awareness initiatives;
- Familiarity with social media analytics, content tooling, and lightweight design or creative workflows;
- Experience working in a startup or fast-moving environment;
- Confidence suggesting new ideas and testing new approaches;
- Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency, content development, research, and execution quality.
A Note on Fit:
We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and excited to build. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys ownership, likes turning ideas into content quickly, and wants to help shape how an early-stage company shows up in the market.
Why Join:
- Direct access to the founders and real influence over the platform and engineering direction;
- High-ownership role with room to shape the production foundations of the company from the beginning;
- Opportunity to work on the systems behind recommendation engines and GenAI products that customers actually use;
- Flexible remote environment with strong overlap with European time zones preferred;
- Small team, low bureaucracy, and a lot of room to grow.
