SMM Manager (Turkish Market)

Our Partner is looking for a SMM Manager for the Turkish casino and sports betting brand. The primary focus and role of the SMM Manager will be to define, implement and manage our strategy across different markets.

Role Overview:
We are growing and looking for an SMM manager who will have complete freedom to make decisions and implement his/her/their ideas. Your main role will be to define, implement and manage our strategy across different markets.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and expand existing and new SMM channels;
  • Fulfill department and personal KPIs;
  • Regularly review acquisition performances to measure effectiveness and ensure profitability;
  • Identifying and monitoring the ROI;
  • Monitor the SMM spending, and ensure is in line with agreed budgets.
Ideal profile for the position:
  • Fluent Turkish;
  • Upper-intermediate English or higher;
  • Experience as an SMM/Acquisition manager with strong planning and organizational skills;
  • A strong negotiator with excellent written and verbal skills;
  • Ability to understand and interpret data to make informed decisions and drive profitability;
  • Good strategy and planning management skills.
