Role Overview:
Weβre looking for a data-driven SEO professional who thrives on performance insights, technical excellence, and measurable organic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the end-to-end SEO strategy, covering technical, on-page, and off-page optimisation;
- Define SEO priorities based on business goals, ICPs, commercial intent, and market opportunities;
- Drive sustainable organic growth across priority markets, products, and verticals;
- Ensure optimal website health, including crawlability, indexation, site architecture, and page performance;
- Lead technical SEO audits and coordinate implementation with web and development teams;
- Manage SEO requirements for site updates, new pages, releases, and migrations;
- Optimise Core Web Vitals, mobile performance, and overall search engine compliance;
- Develop keyword frameworks focused on high-intent and commercially relevant queries;
- Collaborate closely with content, performance marketing, and revenue teams to support demand generation;
- Define, track, and report on SEO KPIs (traffic quality, rankings, conversions, assisted revenue);
- Forecast organic growth impact and identify risks, bottlenecks, and optimisation opportunities;
- Provide leadership with clear visibility into SEO performance and its contribution to pipeline growth.
Ideal profile for the position:
- Proven experience in senior SEO roles, ideally in B2B, SaaS, iGaming, or tech environments;
- Strong technical SEO expertise (site architecture, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, performance optimisation);
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align SEO initiatives with commercial and revenue goals;
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools and platforms (Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalents);
- Experience with international and multi-language SEO;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate SEO data into business-relevant insights;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Full professional proficiency in English;
- High level of ownership, accountability, and autonomous project management.
