Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Recruiter to join our friendly and collaborative international team. If you are equipped with outstanding communication skills and a desire to work with top-notch professionals worldwide, this is the right place for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain full recruiting life cycle/end-to-end recruiting process;
- Searching for candidates using different sourcing techniques and tools;
- Headhunting candidates across different countries;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process;
- Maintaining hiring pipelines within the BambooHR Hiring ATS system;
- Managing CV screening, scheduling, organising, and conducting interviews;
- Ensuring a structured and consistent interview process, including timely feedback delivery;
- Active collaboration with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process;
- Conducting recruitment training sessions for the interviewers.
Required Skills & Experience:
Core recruitment skills:
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment (IT recruitment preferred);
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management);
- Knowledge of direct search/headhunting techniques and recruiting/sourcing tools;
- Good understanding of the IT job market and familiarity with the technical terminology;
- Experience in recruiting a wide variety of roles in IT and a desire to work on non-IT roles (finance, marketing, legal, etc.);
- Experience in collaboration with hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations;
- Upper-intermediate English level or higher is a must!

- High level of organisation and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously;
- Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;

Will be a plus:
- Experience in closing non-IT roles;
- Experience in closing roles for iGaming businesses;
- Experience in headhunting candidates at exhibitions and live events.
