Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Promotion Manager (Product Marketing Manager) to join our team in the fast-paced and exciting iGambling and Betting industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective promotional strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns and analyze campaign performance to optimize results. This position requires a deep understanding of the iGambling and Betting landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative promotional strategies to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue generation in the iGambling and Betting industry;
- Collaborate with the product and design teams to create compelling marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the unique selling points of our products and services;
- Identify target audience segments and tailor marketing messages and promotions to resonate with their preferences and behaviours;
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, and use these insights to inform marketing strategies;
- Monitor key retention metrics and KPIs, such as churn rate, reactivation rate, and customer satisfaction, and utilize data-driven insights to optimize retention initiatives;
- Work closely with the product development team to provide input on product enhancements and features that can drive customer retention and engagement;
- Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure effective resolution of player issues and concerns, and implement proactive measures to prevent churn;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP players and high-value customers, providing personalized experiences and managing VIP retention programs;
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate retention and promotion performance
Ideal profile for the position:
- Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager or Promotion Manager in the iGambling or Betting industry;
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the iGambling and Betting landscape, including industry trends, player preferences, and regulatory considerations;
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth;
- Good analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed marketing decisions;
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging marketing content and campaigns;
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
