Our partner is seeking a Project and Integration Manager to lead the development of payment features and integrations, manage relationships with PSPs and providers, and oversee the full lifecycle of payment gateway projects within the fintech and iGaming space.

Role Overview:
Our partner is seeking a Project and Integration Manager to lead the development and integration of a high-quality payment gateway within the iGaming sector. This role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of payment solutions, from integration to operational management, ensuring seamless collaboration between developers, designers, and payment providers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience in project management, and a deep understanding of fintech and online gaming.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the integrations and feature development process;
  • Communicate roadmap stages and timelines internally;
  • Collect and share the acceptance rate after a PSP is integrated;
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to deliver tasks that meet expected outcomes;
  • Oversee the operational aspects of the merchant service process;
  • Manage relationships with payment partners and providers — provide product updates, lead the integration process, and assist in resolving issues and questions;
  • Coordinate post-integration monitoring and issue tracking in collaboration with technical and support teams;
  • Validate integration completeness through internal QA and payment partner confirmations;
  • Continuously improve the onboarding process for new PSPs and acquirers;
  • Identify and mitigate payment-related risks, ensuring continuity and scalability of services;
  • Create technical tasks for new integrations.
Ideal profile for the position:
  • 3+ years of experience in a project management role;
  • Degree in Engineering or Computer Science;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
  • Knowledge of how to set up Scrum and Kanban processes depending on the project;
  • Proficiency in using project support and monitoring tools such as JIRA and Confluence;
  • Understanding of client-server architecture, HTTP(s), and REST APIs;
  • Technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes and technologies;
  • Experience in the Fintech or Payments industry (preferred but not required);
  • Familiarity with the PCI DSS standard (preferred but not required);
  • Ability to challenge and debate issues critical to the project;
  • Ability to assess situations using a risk-based approach;
  • Strong organisational, time management, and complex problem-solving skills;
  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English proficiency;
  • Experience working with multiple PSPs, aggregators, and alternative payment methods is a plus;
  • Ability to manage multiple integrations simultaneously while balancing priorities and dependencies;
  • Ability to create technical tasks for the team;
  • Ability to analyse APIs.
