Product Owner (Polish Market)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Product Owner with strong knowledge of the online betting scene in Poland.
Key Responsibilities:
  • P&L responsibility for the market and delivering results by set budgets and targets, weekly and monthly reporting;
  • Responsible for customer retention and conversion, with a focus on revenue generation;
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the market, including competitive and regulatory situations;
  • Conduct and/or coordinate market research, business plan preparation, budget, and go-to-market strategies;
  • Together with the central marketing/affiliate team, ensure relevant and quality content is delivered to partners/affiliates to promote the mutual interests of the partner and the company and maximize the channel’s potential;
  • Make sure translations for the site, newsletters, campaigns, etc, are made in a correct and timely manner;
  • Ability to work closely with central functions e.g. in-house IT, Analytics, Creative, CRM, and Marketing departments.
Ideal profile for the position:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position in iGaming industry;
  • Strong knowledge of the regulatory policy of the Polish betting industry;
  • Fluent in English and Polish;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Strong leadership, people management and analytical skills;
  • Proven success in managing P&L, a leading team and achieving established KPIs;
  • Proven experience in budget forecast and implementation;
  • Deep understanding of user behavior;
  • Customer-focused, passionate, hands-on, and excellent executor with a strong business and growth mindset;
  • Readiness for travel (inside and outside Poland).
