Technical Product Manager (PSP)

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to define features, manage requirements, and drive impactful solutions for the payment platform.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager for our client. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the success of our advanced payment solution by defining product features, shaping business logic, and managing detailed requirements. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements, translating them into clear, actionable specifications for the development team;
Design and manage functional and non-functional requirements, including user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria;
Map and analyse complex data structures and APIs to ensure seamless system integrations;
Act as a communication bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives, priorities, and deliverables;
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Vision and Scope, BRDs, SRS, user manuals, and maintenance guides;
Define and visualise workflows using BPMN or UML to support process improvements;
Assist in backlog management by structuring product backlog items, identifying dependencies, and ensuring clarity for the development team;
Conduct ongoing analysis of product features to identify risks, opportunities, and optimisation strategies;
Actively support the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by ensuring deliverables align with business goals;
Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams to enhance system understanding and adoption of best practices.

Ideal profile for the position:

3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst;
Strong background in Payments within the iGaming sector (online casino, sports betting, lottery);
Proven track record working on complex systems with high dependencies and limited documentation;
Experience defining and executing product strategy, roadmap, and delivery across cross-functional teams;
Solid understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data mapping.
Proficiency in business process modelling (BPMN, UML, Value Stream Mapping, SIPOC);
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse stakeholders and building trust;
Ability to influence without formal authority through logical reasoning, data, and evidence;
Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies;Familiarity with PCI DSS standards (preferred, not required);
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Ability to collaborate with development teams to prioritise and manage product backlogs;
Advanced proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and diagramming platforms (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, Figma).
