We are hiring a Hindi-speaking Pre-VIP Manager to deliver high-quality management and customer engagement for online gaming products targeting the Indian market.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Pre VIP Manager to join our dynamic team in the fast-paced and exhilarating iGaming and Betting industry. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative onboarding strategies to ensure a smooth transition for new Pre-VIP and VIP players, enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement;
  • Manage and coordinate special welcome bonuses and periodic promotions tailored to player preferences and gameplay;
  • Strategically invite and engage Pre-VIP and VIP players through calls and emails, fostering long-term relationships;
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue growth and enhance player engagement;
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on trends and refine onboarding and retention strategies;
  • Monitor key player retention metrics such as churn rates and satisfaction levels, using data-driven insights to optimize player experiences;
  • Provide feedback to the product development team on features and enhancements that can boost engagement and retention;
  • Work closely with the customer support team to address player concerns efficiently, ensuring a high-quality player experience;
  • Prepare regular reports on onboarding and retention performance, aligning with overall strategic goals.
Ideal profile for the position:
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role focused on Pre-VIP and VIP players within the iGaming or Betting industry;
  • Upper-intermediate English or higher;
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the iGaming and Betting landscape, including industry trends, player preferences, and regulatory considerations;
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective onboarding and engagement strategies that drive player acquisition, satisfaction, and retention;
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decisions related to player management and engagement;
  • A creative mindset capable of developing personalized and engaging communication strategies for high-value players;
  • Strong project management skills, enabling you to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple player accounts simultaneously;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams;
  • A keen attention to detail along with a results-oriented approach;
  • A passion for the iGaming and Betting industry, with a proactive attitude towards staying informed of industry trends and developments.
