Role Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Support Agent, preferably with experience in the iGaming industry, who can promptly reply to customer queries via email, chats, and phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Being the main point of contact for customers actively using the product;
- Gaining a thorough knowledge of the product to be able to effectively answer customer queries;
- Communicating effectively with other team members to seek answers and information where required;
- Referring support inquiries to the appropriate department where required;
- Answering customer inquiries professionally and on time;
- Liaising with customers via email, chat, and phone;
(Full training will be provided)
Ideal profile for the position:
- Good communication skills and empathy;
- Persuasion skills;
- Active listening skills;
- Patience and self-control;
- Good time management skills (work requires working on night shifts);
- Quick thinking;
- Product knowledge (experience in the iGaming industry is preferable);
- Affinity with Technology;
- Proficiency in Portuguese (from Portugal);
- English language skills.
