Customer Support Agent for Portuguese Market

We are hiring a Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Agent to provide high-quality client service for online products for the Portuguese/English market.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent, preferably with experience in the iGaming industry, who can promptly reply to customer queries via email, chats, and phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Being the main point of contact for customers actively using the product;
  • Gaining a thorough knowledge of the product to be able to effectively answer customer queries;
  • Communicating effectively with other team members to seek answers and information where required;
  • Referring support inquiries to the appropriate department where required;
  • Answering customer inquiries professionally and on time;
  • Liaising with customers via email, chat, and phone;

(Full training will be provided)

Ideal profile for the position:
  • Good communication skills and empathy;
  • Persuasion skills;
  • Active listening skills;
  • Patience and self-control;
  • Good time management skills (work requires working on night shifts);
  • Quick thinking;
  • Product knowledge (experience in the iGaming industry is preferable);
  • Affinity with Technology;
  • Proficiency in Portuguese (from Portugal);
  • English language skills.
