Middle+/Senior Product Designer

Role Overview:

Our partner is looking for an experienced Product Designer to own the end-to-end user experience of B2C products in gaming and iGaming. The ideal candidate combines strong UI/UX expertise with a data-driven mindset, using analytics, A/B testing, and AI tools to turn hypotheses into impactful product solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user experiences and interfaces for B2C products in gaming and iGaming (web, desktop and mobile);
• Take part in the full product loop: form hypotheses, design experiments, run A/B tests, and turn results into the next iteration;
• Work with analytics and user feedback to find friction points, drop-offs, and growth opportunities;
• Turn insights into user flows, prototypes, and production-ready UI in Figma;
• Contribute to and maintain our design system and UI libraries;
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and analytics teams in a fast-paced, iterative environment;
• Make sure designs meet industry standards and iGaming compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong product design portfolio with real B2C cases and the impact behind them;
• Experience in gaming, gamedev, or betting / iGaming;
• Expert-level Figma: components, variables, auto layout, prototyping;
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools such as Claude Design and/or Figma Make for rapid prototyping;
• Experience with design systems and UI libraries;
• Hands-on experience with product testing: A/B tests, hypothesis validation;
• Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design;
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment with short feedback loops.

Will be a plus:

• Understanding of core product metrics;
• Understanding of gamification mechanics and how they drive engagement and retention;
• Familiarity with data-driven product development processes.
