Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies in highly competitive niches;
- Use AI tools as core production tools in SEO workflows;
- Design scalable SEO content systems using structured prompting;
- Build and manage large volumes of SEO landing pages and microsites;
- Structure semantic clusters for high-volume and high-difficulty keywords;
- Conduct competitor analysis in aggressive ranking environments;
- Develop and optimise on-page SEO architecture, including metadata frameworks, internal linking, and content silos;
- Implement structured data (FAQ, Organisation, Website, Review, etc.);
- Manage indexing and de-indexing processes;
- Implement multi-domain and geo-targeting strategies;
- Work with SPA rendering solutions and crawl budget optimisation;
- Scale SEO across domain clusters and site networks;
- Continuously adapt strategies based on SERP volatility and algorithm updates.
Ideal profile for the position:
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience in competitive niches;
- Strong understanding of ranking dynamics in volatile SERP environments and Google Core Updates;
- Experience working with large keyword clusters and building semantic content structures;
- Advanced use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Gemini, etc.) for SEO workflows and content systems;
- Experience designing scalable SEO architectures and managing large volumes of pages or websites;
- Experience with domain clusters, network-based SEO strategies, or multi-domain setups;
- Understanding of link-building dynamics, including anchor diversification and link velocity;
- Experience working in high-competition or emerging markets (e.g., Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Turkey, Azerbaijan);
- Experience in highly competitive verticals such as iGaming or similar industries is a strong advantage;
- Basic technical understanding of HTML, rendering logic, and SEO automation workflows;
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently.
