Middle QA Engineer

Our client is looking for a Middle QA Engineer to ensure high quality across their products.

Role Overview:

If you’re passionate about quality, eager to work on real products used by thousands of users daily, and want to grow in an international product team — we’re waiting for you! This role has opened due to project growth and increasing quality standards across our products. You’ll be testing a complex sportsbook platform, working closely with developers, designers, and product managers. Your main focus will be manual testing of UI/UX, as well as functional and integration flows across web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure product quality at all stages — from requirement analysis to release;
Perform manual, automated regression, exploratory, ad-hoc, and acceptance testing;
Participate in feature testing on desktop and mobile browsers;
Maintain and update test documentation;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Dev, BA, Product) on a daily basis;
Report bugs clearly and follow through on their resolution;
Support releases and validate hotfixes if needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

3 years of commercial experience in manual testing
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing lifecycle, and best practices;
Experience in creating and maintaining test documentation (checklists, test cases, plans);
Hands-on experience with JIRA, TestRail (or similar tools);
Experience in UI/UX testing, cross-browser and cross-platform validation;
Practical experience with API testing (Postman or similar);
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail;
Willingness to transition from manual to automation testing;
Ability to analyze which test cases should be automated;
Understanding of test coverage optimization and regression automation strategy;
Interest in improving QA processes and introducing automation into the team;
Upper-intermediate level of English — for daily communication with international team members.

Will be a plus:

Experience with SQL, Kibana, or GitLab;
Familiarity with client-server architecture;
Familiarity with browser dev tools, BrowserStack, Android Studio, Xcode;
Experience with UI test automation using tools such as Selenium WebDriver, WebdriverIO;
Experience with any programming language used in automation (JavaScript, TypeScript);
Experience in iGaming or betting platforms.
