Middle/Middle+ General QA Engineer

Our client is looking for a Middle/Middle+ General QA Engineer.

Role Overview:

Our client is looking for someone to join their multinational team of engineers and strengthen the quality assurance efforts. You will primarily perform manual UI/UX testing of several web and hybrid applications in the gambling sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Owning the quality process in your team from the earliest stages through feature release;
Building and sharing a strong quality culture within your team;
Running manual functional, ad-hoc, acceptance, and exploratory testing on desktop and mobile browsers;
Designing and maintaining auto-tests and test documentation (cases, checklists);
Supporting releases from the testing side.

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of commercial experience in testing;
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, processes, and best practices;
Expertise in writing test documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports);
Experience working with task management tools like JIRA;
Experience working with test management tools like TestRail;
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON;
Basic knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript;
Expertise in cross-browser testing (desktop & mobile);
Experience with cloud testing services like BrowserStack;
Good knowledge of client-server architecture and experience in API testing (Postman or similar);
Experience analyzing logs (Kibana or similar);
Upper-Intermediate level English is a must — you will be communicating with teammates in English.

Will be a plus:

Experience with hybrid applications, PWA, and native mobile apps;
Familiarity with GitLab;
Familiarity with Playwright/WDIO;
A habit of bringing AI tools into your testing routine;
Eagerness to grow into a general QA role.
