Role Overview:
Our client is looking for someone to join their multinational team of engineers and strengthen the quality assurance efforts. You will primarily perform manual UI/UX testing of several web and hybrid applications in the gambling sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning the quality process in your team from the earliest stages through feature release;
- Building and sharing a strong quality culture within your team;
- Running manual functional, ad-hoc, acceptance, and exploratory testing on desktop and mobile browsers;
- Designing and maintaining auto-tests and test documentation (cases, checklists);
- Supporting releases from the testing side.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of commercial experience in testing;
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, processes, and best practices;
- Expertise in writing test documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports);
- Experience working with task management tools like JIRA;
- Experience working with test management tools like TestRail;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON;
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript;
- Expertise in cross-browser testing (desktop & mobile);
- Experience with cloud testing services like BrowserStack;
- Good knowledge of client-server architecture and experience in API testing (Postman or similar);
- Experience analyzing logs (Kibana or similar);
- Upper-Intermediate level English is a must — you will be communicating with teammates in English.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with hybrid applications, PWA, and native mobile apps;
- Familiarity with GitLab;
- Familiarity with Playwright/WDIO;
- A habit of bringing AI tools into your testing routine;
- Eagerness to grow into a general QA role.
