Middle Finance Specialist (relocation)

Role Overview:
Our finance team is looking for a mid-level professional to enhance the team. Perfect match if you are a data-driven person who is fond of numbers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing daily accounting functions, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions;
  • Participating in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements;
  • Overseeing cash management activities, including monitoring cash balances and payment schedules;
  • Working on PL of separate projects;
  • Analysing and optimising company costs;
  • Management of payment system providers in terms of day-to-day reconciliations, cash management and communication;
  • Tracing and calculations of Clients’ invoices;
  • Checking and accepting cost invoices for current operations;
  • Taking care of the day-to-day accounting duties and providing assistance to the Finance Manager;
  • Improving and automatizing internal accounting processes;
  • Producing Ad Hoc reports when necessary;
  • Relocation to Budva/Tbilisi/Limassol;
  • Hybrid work model: 2 days at the office, 3 days from home.
Ideal profile for the position:
  • Relevant working experience in finance or accounting – no less than 2 years;
  • Confident knowledge in Accounting and Financial Reporting;
  • Advanced Excel user;
  • English – upper intermediate and higher;
  • Ability to learn quickly and to work within deadlines in a challenging environment;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Strong analytical skills.
