Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Middle Business Intelligence Developer to join our dynamic team in the fast-paced environment of the gambling industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain QuickSight dashboards, datasets, and visuals;
- Write efficient SQL for views, transformations, and reporting;
- Manage BI infrastructure on AWS (QuickSight users/groups, data sources, refreshes, access controls);
- Connect and work with AWS data services (e.g., Redshift, Athena, RDS, S3);
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics and requirements, and document your work;
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize dashboards, queries, and costs;
- (Preferred) Automate deployments and admin tasks using AWS CLI for QuickSight;
Ideal profile for the position:
- 2+ years in BI/analytics development or similar;
- Hands‑on experience with Amazon QuickSight (building and maintaining production dashboards);
- Strong SQL skills (joins, aggregations, window functions);
- Familiarity with AWS data sources (Redshift/Athena/RDS/S3) and connecting them to QuickSight;
- Experience administering BI assets (users, permissions, refresh schedules);
- Clear written and verbal communication in English (upper‑intermediate or higher);
- Bonus: AWS CLI for QuickSight, basic Python for data tasks.
