Marketing Creative Lead

Our client is looking for a Creative Lead (Marketing & Brand) to shape and execute a cohesive visual strategy that enhances brand awareness and drives marketing performance across all touchpoints.

Role Overview:

The Creative Lead (Marketing & Brand) will be responsible for shaping, executing, and maintaining the company's visual presence across marketing, PR, social media, web, and brand initiatives.

This is a hands-on creative and strategic role that requires both strong creative execution and strategic thinking. The role works closely with marketing leadership, as well as the content, PR, and web teams, to ensure visual consistency, speed, and impact.

The Creative Lead is expected to proactively propose creative ideas, translate business goals into compelling visual concepts, and coordinate execution across multiple formats, including static, motion, and 3D.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Visual Identity:

  • Own and apply the company's visual brand across all marketing channels;
  • Contribute to the refresh and ongoing maintenance of the brand guidelines;
  • Ensure consistent use of visual elements, layouts, and styles across all materials;
  • Act as a visual quality gate for brand-facing assets;
  • Consistently research the market and establish the most effective positioning and creative initiatives to drive brand awareness of the company across all selected geos.

Marketing & Campaign Design:

  • Design marketing assets for:
  • Social media;
  • PR and press communications;
  • Brand awareness initiatives;
  • Corporate and sales presentations;
  • Website and landing pages;
  • Develop key visuals and creative concepts for campaigns;
  • Ensure all visuals align with marketing strategy and business goals.

3D, Motion & Video Coordination:

  • Create and work with 3D elements to enhance brand storytelling;
  • Use 3D and motion selectively to support campaigns and brand initiatives;
  • Coordinate outsource video production and website redesign;
  • Collaborate on motion graphics and animated content where relevant.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Head of Marketing and marketing team;
  • Participate in marketing planning and campaign meetings;
  • Ensure visual alignment is built in from concept to execution.

Independence & Creative Ownership:

  • Independently manage design tasks from brief to delivery;
  • Proactively suggest new creative ideas, formats, and visual approaches;
  • Balance creativity with brand structure, timelines, and business priorities;
  • Maintain a high level of ownership and accountability for outcomes.
Ideal profile for the position:

Required skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in a marketing, brand, or digital design role;
  • Strong portfolio showcasing:
  • Brand Redesign and Creative strategic initiative execution;
  • Brand and marketing design;
  • Digital and social content;
  • Motion, video, or 3D work;
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities;
  • Strong understanding of branding, visual systems, and consistency;
  • Excellent written communication and collaboration skills;
  • Ability to manage creative teams;
  • English level - B2 or higher.

Tools & Platforms:

  • Figma (design systems, collaboration, digital design);
  • Adobe Creative Suite, including: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects;
  • 3D tools, such as: Spline, Cinema 4D (or equivalent);
  • Experience coordinating or working within video production workflows;
  • Familiarity with web and digital design principles.
Will be a plus:
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or iGaming;
  • Motion graphics or animation expertise;
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and brand awareness strategies;
  • Experience collaborating with agencies and freelancers.
