Junior Promo Manager

We are looking for a creative Promo Manager(Retention Manager).

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Promotion Manager (Retention Manager) to join the company in the fast-paced and exciting iGambling and Betting industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective promotional strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns and analyse campaign performance to optimise results. This position requires an understanding of the iGaming and Betting landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create new bonus plans requested by Marketing & Promo lead;
  • Follow-up on maintenance and future issues of Bonus plans;
  • Follow-up requests and questions coming from external teams (CS, Finance, Marketing);
  • Assist in creating and success of the retention campaigns with the CRM team;
  • Checking potential abuse cases of various campaigns & bonuses and player behaviours;
  • Reporting of weekly/monthly bonus usage and performance.
Ideal profile for the position:
  • Upper-intermediate or higher level in both English and Turkish language;
  • Experience or at least understanding the importance of Promotion Management in the iGaming and Betting industry. Including industry trends, player preferences, and regulatory considerations;
  • Good analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions;
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging promotional campaigns;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Prior experience in marketing roles or a higher marketing degree will be a plus.
