As a Junior Marketing Analyst, you’ll take on the challenge of managing key reporting and reconciliation tasks that keep our marketing efforts running smoothly. You’ll work with different financial reporting templates, complex data, perform calculations, and ensure the accuracy of reports that drive decision-making across the team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile marketing spends across systems/reports and ensure data accuracy and completeness;
- Analyze partners performance and provide actionable insights;
- Calculate forex adjustments to maintain accurate financial records;
- Prepare and update monthly marketing expense reports;
- Reconcile different reports, identifying misstatements, making corrections, and ensuring all reports and calculations are up-to-date and accurate;
- Support marketing expenses financial reporting for different international markets and brands;
- Categorize expenses by partners, services, and reporting periods;
- Assist the marketing team with additional tasks and templates as needed.
Ideal profile for the position:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, International Economics, Marketing, IT, or related fields (or be a last-year student ready to commit);
- Residence in one of the locations where our offices are based (mandatory);
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.);
- English at an upper-intermediate level or higher;
- Multitasking ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other business units;
- Previous experience in analytics, finance, or marketing is welcome but not obligatory requirement;
- Knowledge of accounting principles will be a plus;
- Understanding of marketing platforms, traffic acquisition techniques, and key metrics for traffic evaluation is desirable;
- Attention to details and strong organizational skills.
