What You Will Do:
- Project Support: Assist the Gaming Operations Manager in coordinating and tracking projects across Commercial, Games, Design, Compliance and Marketing;
- Content & CMS Management: Upload and maintain game assets, marketing materials, and news on our CMS to ensure our website and partner portals are always up to date;
- Design & Marketing Support: Brief and review creative assets with the design team, helping shape campaigns and content that stand out;
- Partner Interaction: Liaise with external partners when needed, ensuring smooth communication and helping to strengthen relationships;
- Documentation & Reporting: Keep project documentation, trackers, and reports clear and organised so the team has full visibility on progress;
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with multiple departments from game producers to commercial managers to ensure projects move forward without blockers.
What you'll need to have:
- 2:1 or higher Degree;
- A genuine passion for iGaming and, most importantly, slots and previous experience working in the iGaming industry (internship, placement, or entry-level role);
- Confident communicator with an outgoing personality comfortable speaking with partners and internal stakeholders;
- Keen eye for detail good at accurately creating, maintaining and updating various reports and projects in Jira/Confluence;
- Organised, professional and able to manage multiple tasks across teams;
- Comfortable working in a remote-first environment disciplined, proactive, and able to stay connected with colleagues;
- Hands-on experience with marketing, design processes, CMS management and using excel;
- Curious and ambitious someone who wants to learn and grow in a fast-paced, evolving business.
