The Role:
Our client is hiring a Founding Sales Lead to own revenue generation and help shape the go-to-market motion. At this stage, this role is highly hands-on and combines strategy with direct execution across the full sales function. You will work directly with the founders to build pipeline, lead discovery, run demos, shape proposals, manage negotiations, close deals, and help create the sales processes that make growth repeatable. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building from the ground up, is comfortable operating with a high degree of ownership, and can combine commercial instinct with disciplined execution.
What You’ll Own:
- Owning new business development and revenue generation across the company's product offering;
- Building and refining the sales motion, including target segments, prospecting approach, qualification criteria, messaging, and sales process;
- Generating pipeline through direct outreach, networking, referrals, partnerships, events, and other creative sales channels;
- Leading the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through discovery, proposal, negotiation, closing, and handover;
- Working closely with founders and product teams to translate customer needs into compelling commercial narratives and solutions;
- Building and maintaining CRM discipline, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and reporting processes;
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with prospects, customers, and strategic partners;
- Representing the company in customer meetings, demos, conferences, webinars, and other external-facing opportunities;
- Tracking performance, identifying bottlenecks, and continuously improving conversion, deal quality, and sales efficiency;
- Helping define the sales standards, operating rhythm, and early GTM playbook the company will rely on as it scales.

- You build a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities and move deals forward consistently;
- You help sharpen the company's positioning and value proposition in the market;
- You close early customers or strategic partnerships that materially improve company momentum;
- CRM, forecasting, and pipeline visibility become clear and reliable;
- You establish a repeatable early sales motion that can later be scaled;
- You become a trusted commercial owner who combines urgency with strong judgment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong sales background with experience selling B2B technology, SaaS, data, or AI-driven products;
- Experience owning or leading the full sales cycle from outreach to close;
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including with senior stakeholders;
- Ability to work independently and build a structure where little exists today;
- Strong organisational skills, follow-through, and operational discipline;
- Comfort working directly with founders in a fast-moving environment;
- Analytical mindset and confidence using pipeline data to improve execution;
- High ownership, self-direction, and a strong bias toward action;
- Fluent English, written and verbal.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in iGaming, gaming, fintech, analytics, or similar B2B product environments;
- Experience selling across multiple markets or regions;
- Existing network of relevant operators, platforms, product leaders, or commercial buyers;
- Experience with partnerships, channel relationships, or strategic business development;
- Experience building GTM processes in an early-stage or scaling company;
- Willingness to travel occasionally for key meetings and events;
- Experience using AI tools to improve sales research, outreach preparation, pipeline management, proposal development, and overall execution efficiency;
- Curiosity about applying AI to improve commercial productivity and workflow quality.
