Back Role Overview:
Our client is looking for an Events & Experience Manager who is passionate about creating memorable experiences that bring people together. From international company events and leadership sessions to team offsites, workshops, and employer branding initiatives, events play a key role in strengthening culture and connecting teams across different locations.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys turning ideas into reality, and is ready to take full ownership of the entire event lifecycle — from initial concept to successful delivery.
What yo'll do:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of our client's internal and external events across multiple countries;
- Design memorable event concepts aligned with our culture and business goals;
- Plan and manage budgets, timelines, vendors, contracts, and production;
- Coordinate venues, hotels, travel, transportation, catering, entertainment, branding, and event logistics;
- Partner closely with HR, Marketing, Executive Management, and department leaders;
- Lead on-site event execution and ensure every detail is delivered to the highest standard;
- Build and maintain a trusted network of suppliers and negotiate the best commercial terms;
- Manage event communications before, during, and after each event;
- Continuously improve attendee experience by collecting feedback and introducing new ideas and formats;
- Handle unexpected challenges with confidence and professionalism.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of experience managing large-scale corporate events, incentive travel, or international productions and conferences;
- Experience delivering multiple complex projects simultaneously;
- Excellent project management and organizational skills;
- Strong negotiation and supplier management experience;
- Proven experience managing event budgets;
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Creative thinking with exceptional attention to detail;
- A proactive, hands-on mindset - you don't wait for problems; you solve them;
- Fluent English;
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
