Role Overview:
As an Email & CRM Marketing Specialist, you will own outbound and lifecycle messaging across B2C audiences via Customer.io.Our client has a cosy CRM team that provides onboarding and retention services to a constantly growing customer base. They are looking for someone to implement communication strategies for existing customers, identify differences in user journeys based on user behaviour across different markets, and convert these insights into regular touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and run multi-channel communication campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app) to enhance customer engagement and retention;
- Continuously run tests and experiments (copy, design, segments, channels);
- Support deliverability and maintain sender reputation;
- Customer segmentation: assist in segmenting customer databases to deliver personalised and targeted marketing communications;
- Reporting: prepare regular reports on campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates) and suggest areas for improvement;
- Collaboration: work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive and effective CRM initiatives.
Ideal profile for the position:
- Experience as a CRM Manager or Email Marketing Manager for 3+ years (B2C; iGaming experience is a plus);
- Strong knowledge of marketing effectiveness metrics across the customer journey;
- Proficiency with customer engagement platforms;
- Understanding of user segmentation and logical operators;
- Strong knowledge of HTML and APIs;
- Goal-oriented and customer-centric mindset;
- Keeping up with internet marketing trends;
- AI expertise is a strong plus;
- Upper-intermediate level of English.
