Customer Support Specialist with Portuguese Language

We are looking for a Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Specialist to deliver excellent service for online products in the Portuguese and English markets.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist fluent in Portuguese to efficiently respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acting as the primary contact for customers actively using the service;
  • Developing a strong understanding of the product to confidently address customer questions;
  • Collaborating with team members to gather necessary information or solutions;
  • Redirecting support requests to the appropriate team when needed;
  • Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally;
  • Communicating with customers through email, chat, and phone.

(Comprehensive training will be provided)

Ideal profile for the position:
  • Strong communication skills with an empathetic approach;
  • Ability to influence and persuade effectively;
  • Active listening abilities;
  • Patience and emotional control in challenging situations;
  • Good time management skills (night shifts are required);
  • Quick problem-solving abilities;
  • Familiarity with the product (experience in the iGaming industry is a plus).;
  • Interest in technology;
  • Proficiency in Portuguese (from Portugal);
  • Solid English skills.
