Role Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist fluent in Portuguese to efficiently respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the primary contact for customers actively using the service;
- Developing a strong understanding of the product to confidently address customer questions;
- Collaborating with team members to gather necessary information or solutions;
- Redirecting support requests to the appropriate team when needed;
- Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally;
- Communicating with customers through email, chat, and phone.

Ideal profile for the position:
- Strong communication skills with an empathetic approach;
- Ability to influence and persuade effectively;
- Active listening abilities;
- Patience and emotional control in challenging situations;
- Good time management skills (night shifts are required);
- Quick problem-solving abilities;
- Familiarity with the product (experience in the iGaming industry is a plus).;
- Interest in technology;
- Proficiency in Portuguese (from Portugal);
- Solid English skills.
