Role Overview:
We are a cozy CRM Team that provides onboarding and retention service to a constantly growing customer base. We welcome you to implement a communication strategy with current customers, find the differences in user journeys based on userβs behavior for different markets, and convert them into regular touch points.
Key Responsibilities:
- Increase customer retention and engagement on our product (cross-team collaboration);
- Execute and manage multichannel Campaigns and Newsletters;
- Analyze and improve all active Campaigns;
- Continuously work with user segmentation strategies to ensure we have the right message in the right place;
- Generate new ideas, validate and implement them to make a positive effect on key metrics;
- Conduct A/B tests of business hypotheses via the launch of new communications.
Ideal profile for the position:
- Experience as a CRM Manager / Email Marketing Manager for 1+ years (b2c; iGaming will be a plus);
- Strong knowledge of Marketing Effectiveness metrics across the customer journey;
- Proficient with any Customer Engagement Platform;
- Understanding of user segmentation;
- Basic knowledge of logical operators, HTML, and API;
- Being goal-oriented & customer centric;
- Being on trend with Internet Marketing;
- Upper-intermediate English or higher.
