CRM Manager (Push notifications)

We are looking for an experienced CRM manager to work with Push notifications.

Role Overview:
We are a cozy CRM Team that provides onboarding and retention service to a constantly growing customer base. We welcome you to implement a communication strategy with current customers, find the differences in user journeys based on user’s behavior for different markets, and convert them into regular touch points.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Increase customer retention and engagement on our product (cross-team collaboration);
  • Execute and maintain Push notifications chains for different brands;
  • Analyze and improve communications based on engagement metrics;
  • Continuously work with user segmentation strategies to ensure we have the right message in the right place;
  • Generate new ideas, validate and implement them to make a positive effect on key metrics;
  • Conduct A/B tests of business hypotheses via the launch of new communications.
Ideal profile for the position:
  • Building Push notifications chains for 1+ years (b2c; iGaming will be a plus);
  • Strong knowledge of Marketing Effectiveness metrics across the customer journey;
  • Proficient with any Customer Engagement Platform;
  • Understanding of user segmentation;
  • Basic knowledge of logical operators, HTML, and API;
  • Being goal-oriented & customer centric;
  • Being on trend with Internet Marketing;
  • Upper-intermediate English or higher.
