Role Overview:
We are hiring a Portuguese-speaking Call Center Representative to deliver high-quality client service for our online platform targeting the Portuguese and international markets. In this role, your main focus will be to engage with customers primarily via phone and email—promoting exclusive offers, encouraging deposits, and enhancing the overall customer experience through proactive, personalized support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote current offers and bonuses;
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat;
- Engage with users to gather insights about their experience and provide support regarding our betting products and services;
- Provide clear information about promotions and account-related issues to encourage deposits;
- Record and track customer feedback and issues accurately;
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction throughout all communications;
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
(Full training will be provided.)
Ideal profile for the position:
- Fluency in European Portuguese (spoken and written) is essential;
- Proficiency in English is a plus, but not mandatory;
- Previous experience in a call centre, sales, or customer service role;
- Background in the iGaming or betting industry is highly preferred;
- Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills;
- Excellent listening skills and empathy with the ability to resolve customer concerns effectively;
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to follow up on open issues;
- Positive, proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team;
- Flexible availability for working in different shifts (including evenings or weekends);
- Fast learner who can quickly absorb and adapt scripts during real-time conversations.
